Pineland Farms Creamery

Pineland Farms is proud to craft our own delicious, world-class cheese right on the farm.

We have created a flavor, texture, depth and complexity that you must experience to appreciate. Our cheese's unique and handcrafted quality starts with an exceptional key ingredient: the freshest milk possible. The Creamery is just a stone's throw from our barns, where the internationally renowned herd of Pineland Farms' Holstein cows grazes happily on hundreds of acres of rich grasslands.

Our premier cheese maker approaches his craft as an art form, using centuries-old techniques with meticulous care. Brand-new, state-of-the-art equipment and technology ensures the highest level of food safety and purity, from milk delivery to cheese packaging.

Recipe of the Month - Chicken & Broccoli Cups

For hors d'oeuvres that will draw raves at your next party, try this Pineland Farms' recipe featuring our handmade Cheddar. 

2 rolls (10 oz each) refrigerated biscuit dough
2 cups shredded Pineland Farms Cheddar (divided)
1 cup cubed cooked chicken (1 chicken breast)
1 (10 oz can) cream of mushroom soup undiluted
3 cups frozen chopped broccoli / cooked & drained

Salt, Pepper, and Garlic to taste

Place biscuits into greased muffin cups pressing dough over the bottom & up the sides. Try to get them fairly thin to make more room for the filling.  Add 1 Tbs cheese to each cup.

In a large bowl, mix the chicken, soup & broccoli.
Spoon into cups.
Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.


Serve hot, or refrigerate after baking and serve as a cold appetizer.
