Lush green grass, colorful flowers, shady trees, sparkling fountains, bright flags snapping in the breeze – these are just a few of the sights your guests may enjoy during your next outdoor function at Pineland Farms. The Garden and our banquet tent and gazebo provide opportunities for creative planning in unique settings.

The Garden

The Garden at Pineland Farms provides a stunning outdoor setting for those planning a wedding, cocktail party or reception. The one-acre garden includes more than 130 varieties of perennials, 6,000 flowering annuals, five different types of blueberry bushes, 20 apple trees, espalier pear trees and an ornamental conifer bed. Spring, summer or fall, The Garden at Pineland Farms provides a colorful backdrop to any special occasion along with memories that will last a lifetime.

The Garden at Pineland Farms is located directly across from the Pineland Campus on the corner of Route 231 and Allen Road.

Cost to rent is $750, which includes basic setup. Cost to reserve the garden and the rain venue (Mt. Madison room in The Commons) is $1,000.

Banquet Tent

If you need plenty of space for a large party and want an outdoor setting that is both festive and elegant, then our gorgeous Sperry tent is just the thing. The tent may be set up in your choice of several beautiful locations.

All inclusive cost to rent the tent is $3,500. This includes table/chair rental and set-up, Pineland Farms dance floor, Pineland Farms stage, the rental of porta potties or the use of our Conference Center / Visitors Center bathrooms (varies with different tent locations) and moving the food off-location from the kitchen.

Rental period is 4.5 hours.

Maximum capacity: 125 people (weddings); 160 people (other types of events).

Gazebo

Our gazebo is situated on an open expanse of lawn with views of the White Mountains – perfect for a wedding ceremony or concert event!

Cost to rent is $500, which includes basic setup. Cost to reserve the gazebo and the rain venue (Mt. Madison room in The Commons) is $750.

Maximum capacity: 200 people.
