Denekas House

A 21st century house built on the two-foot thick walls of a 19th century stone foundation, Denekas House sits atop a hill overlooking the Pineland Farms campus and garden. Enjoy the Maine sunrise from your private porch as you watch Holstein cows meander through the fields below and Dutch Warmblood foals frolic in the neighboring pastures. Entertain guests in the formal dining room, warm yourself by the fire in the spacious and elegantly furnished living room or lounge on the cozy couch in the TV room.

A stone’s throw from the Pineland Farms campus, Denekas House is conveniently located for both bridal parties and business professionals attending functions at our banquet and conference facilities. Stylish and comfortable, Denekas House is perfectly suited for romantic evenings, family gatherings and business retreats.

We ask that guests check in at the Welcome Center between 1 pm and 4 pm the day of arrival, and check out at the Welcome Center between 9 am and noon the day of departure. Late check out may be possible with 48-hour advanced notice. Charges will apply and be billed to your credit card.

All reservations are subject to current Maine State Occupancy Tax (Currently 7%).

*Please note there is a two night minimum on guest houses Thursday through Sunday May through October.
